Last updated: 6 September 2026
Information you choose to share
When you contact Varunza by email, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, project location, plans, photographs and details about your enquiry. Please avoid sending identification documents, payment-card information or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure method.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to reply to you, understand your project, prepare or discuss services, keep necessary business records and protect our legitimate business interests. Where we provide services, processing may also be necessary to take steps toward or perform a contract and meet legal obligations.
Website contact form
The contact form on this website does not submit information to a website database. It prepares an email in your own email application. Nothing is sent until you review and send that email.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers needed to operate our email and website, or disclose information when required by law. We retain enquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies and analytics
Varunza does not currently use advertising cookies or an analytics service in its own website code. The hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the website.
